Shaneé Hucks, LMFT-Associate, gives you multiple examples while teaching you about the 3 types of boundaries: rigid boundaries, diffuse boundaries, and clear boundaries. Although the boundary types remain true to structural family therapy, the examples are applied more creatively and within a systemic context.
    Examples include parent-child conflict, infidelity, diet or binge eating, and conflict with in-laws.
