Under 2L, this is my favrt bike so far. But I am 6.1, and I am rethinking abt it. Should I wait for the 'Bajaj-Triumph' or go with Ronin with 6.1ft of height?

I'm 6.2" high and choosing a bike is entirely your choice, but what I can say is that the bike is just awesome and justifies its price.

I am 5.3 and i can ride NS160 easily ( 805mm seat)
If u ask me, i can easily ride Ronin(795mm) without even testing it.
5.5 is way more comfortable height
