I'm so glad they got a new gwl specifically for type 4 hair. Their curling custard use to make my curls look beautiful while wet, but wouldn't last, and it'd sit on top of my hair as little jelly buds. My hair is low porosity, so that explains the buds. I'm willing to give mielle another try. I

What you were experiencing with the Conditioner could have been an effect from the deep conditioner you used before. The Rosemary and Mont is quite a strengthening product so it could have "stiffened" / made detangling more difficult. The conditioner could have done better, no lie, but the lack of softness could be a deep conditioner problem. Not to hate on the Rosemary and Mint deep conditioner, I love it but I have to be more intentional with it
This was my first time trying Mielle products but I’m definitely adding some of their products to my routine (hair masque, gel and scalp oil) the one I think helped with my hair growth is Aussie, I’m obsessed lol

I add rosemary to the shampoo & it feels amazing (my scalp feels clean but my hair isn’t stripped). I have type 4 hair & the conditioner glides through my hair. I really recommend checking it out ☺️

And I was annoyed because I was a broke college student and I spent my last coins on the mielle line just for it to destroy my hair.

Thank you ! Use the Lustrasilk curl max activator ! It will keep it moisturized and make the curls definition last longer. I add a little bit in my water spray bottle usually on the 4th day (whenever it starts getting dry) ! Hope it helps 💕

Your wash and goes are always perfect, because of you i stock up on the Lustrasilk moisturizer. My hair os soft and has grown so much from using it. In addition i love Mielle hair products, the curling custard is awesome, you should try it sonce you like their gel.❤
I always feel that when u try new products...you must clarify to get old product residue off and thats from root to ends. When u deep condition u put everything u took out back in. 🤷🏾♀️ Just saying

Ladies please wash your hair shaft with the shampoo. All of your hair needs to be cleaned.
That’s one of the reasons why her hair wasn’t responding to that conditioner.

You can see the product its not sinking in you have low porosity hair you need to get a hair steamer
