To make a flower, take any color 260 and make 6 fold twists, then remove the rest. Be careful not to deflate the balloon. Rap the uninflated portion around the peddles rather then tie it into a knot. Next take a green balloon and inflate it leaving a tail. Make a tulip twist at the nozzel end. Slide the tulip twist between the peddles, and you have your flower. You can also spreed two of the peddles and put the stem between them. For a bouque, make 6 flowers, two of each color (that's 3 colors ). Then take 2 balloons and make a loop with each to hold the flowers together.
