And when we use language that lacks nuance, we might bump up against people's boundaries. If that's the case, they're less likely to hear and totally absorb a great message. So, consider your language when you say "by doing something ***difficult*** and disciplined, every day...". "Difficult" is a trigger for many people. You run a risk of losing people, completely, at "difficult". I get that difficult is a colloquial term for a barrier but, to many people, difficulty equates to perceived failure. Instead, look for more descriptive and precise terms like "by doing something that challenges you to expand the boundaries of your comfort zone..." This can be a great deal more accessible to people who have met with brutal failures in the past. Just as I'm here setting you up to succeed in bring your amazing message to the world, set your subscribers and viewers up, too.
