Perfect Cell is the most boring villain in DBZ. He is nothing but a discount Freeza. I far prefer Imperfect Cell as a character because he had to be crafty to achieve his goals. I even like Fat Buu more than Perfect Cell.

Tien Shinhan was so relevant in the original before the Saiyan saga. And now he is martial arts instructor with his own school, I hope Akira Toriyama’s successor Toyotarou can make him more relevant after the Tournament of Power in future Dragon Ball Super manga chapters. Let alone Launch since they have such a great chemistry in being a Dragon Ball Couple, and she is the only beloved Dragon Ball character has long forgotten. Toriyama himself stated that he didn't know how to incorporate her well into the later, more serious storylines in Dragon Ball Z. I hoped Toyotarou can bring her back since he did a revision panel of Launch a few years back.
I promise you Tien won't get anything from Toyotarou. Haven't you noticed the three main Saiyans all have new transformations along with Piccolo too? Those four are the only group cared about by the creative team
I mean, He was relevant up till the Buu Saga. Before, He held off Nappa during the Saiyan Saga and Cell during the Cell Saga. It may not be THAT important, But at least he still did something

If they brought back Goku Black they could make him go the same way is Crimsion Goku but different Goku Black starts off as Super Saiyan 1, then works his way up the same way Goku did. He accesses and surpasses SS1, SS2, SS3 and enters SSG then reaching SSR. Then his Rosè form could have SS2 and SS3 multiplied into the Rosè form creating SSR2 and SSR3

As important as Frieza was and as complex as Vegeta is... my favourite is still Cell, just too cool. I really enjoyed DB but it was very different to DBZ and only King Piccolo came close to being a proper villain (in my opinion).
I feel like Toriyama (Rest in peace) thought he had something cool going for Jeice but when he actually finalized it, he realized he just ended up making another standard DBZ character. First of all well done video bro. My #1 favorite villain in the franchise is Freeza. Funny enough as a GT fan I find Syn/Omega Shenlong to be the most boring villain in the whole franchise. Close behind him is that S#17 shit of a character. Baby on the other hand is something else, and gets the #2 spot in my top DB villains list. Imagine my surprise back in the day when I started from DBZ not knowing anything on the franchise prior, to find out my glorious king favorite in the franchise Tenshinhan was a villain. Not only that, almost every friend of Goku started his journey on the wrong foot. Simple yet amazing writing.
RR: the bad guy is war and corruption! Piccolo: you need a bad guy so here's a green god/devil guy. Raditz: strong alien that wants to conquer this planet and expose the plot so now you're an alien. Vegeta: Even stronger alien, lets be aliens together so its more interesting. Frieza: im space hitler and i hate your alien race. Androids: there cant be shit more powerfull than space hitler so we got bots now that can do that. Cell: im a bot stronger than that PLUS got all of your genes so it can be more powerfull. First of all well done video bro. My #1 favorite villain in the franchise is Freeza. Funny enough as a GT fan I find Syn/Omega Shenlong to be the most boring villain in the whole franchise. Close behind him is that S#17 shit of a character. Baby on the other hand is something else, and gets the #2 spot in my top DB villains list. Imagine my surprise back in the day when I started from DBZ not knowing anything on the franchise prior, to find out my glorious king favorite in the franchise Tenshinhan was a villain. Not only that, almost every friend of Goku started his journey on the wrong foot. Simple yet amazing writing.
