A couple of weeks ago Xiao Zhan sang this song live for the first time on the stage. It sounds even much more beautiful than the recorded version (plus a heavenly visual fest of his look + customized outfit, + stage background) 🤍🪽 Maybe it’ll be worth to check that out too. I think the ‘feeling of being down/sad’ feels are actually the feel of being touched deep down in our heart with how he successfully conveyed the meaning of the song with *vibe* alone, communicating with his heart (I also didn’t even know the meaning until I looked out for it later). After all, he’s a great actor that always slays his role well especially with the touching crying scenes that gains a lot of praises no matter he’s in a role of grieving soldier or heartbroken otherworldly being. Also u need to be careful coz, The Untamed is not BL series in first place. The novel yeah it's bl. But drama adaptation it's far from bl drama. U have to know that the writer of TU drama first make it like love story between wenqing and weiwuxian. But those bl novel lovers condemn abt it. Make a trouble abt it. Then they change and cut many of wenqing and weiwuxian story love scene.
