as someone who lives with several housemates, I always appreciate hearing Ryan's practical opinion of plants to decide how to keep my plants and people getting along
I love how much interest, honesty and supportive Ryan is! My man is the same way, but he does landscaping so he def is more interested than the average! ❤
This was so cute and fun! I was thinking you got rid of a lot more than you did. I definitely agree about the right plant for the pot and sometimes REALLY struggle with that 😅
Harli! I made a planter/plant stand and thought of you while doing it! I used a thrifted candle stick holder, the pillar type and liquid nailed a pot to the top with no drainage hole, like an orchid cover pot, then spray painted the whole thing. I keep my little pepperomia in there in a nursery pot, it looks smashing on my countertop and adds some nice height next to all my other regular planters. Thought I'd share bc you seem to always be on the hunt for cute planters and such.
Hi Harli, Love this video and the variety of plants in your collection. Watching your videos is always a pleasurable walk down memory lane. I have consistently watched your videos over the years and they have always given me much joy. Thank you. Kudos to your camera man/husband! You two make a great team. Take care! 👌🪴🥰
Thanks for another awesome video.. I am in the middle of trying to place plants intentionally instead of jamming them all together just for light.. And Thanks Ryan for the additional commentary! Love it!
Your husband is so sweet and supportive! I just did a big plant shelf on the wall next to my dining table and I love it. I got mine from Etsy, it’s a 80” wooden one
REALLLLLY LIKE re-purposing the tower lamps into planters. Live in a NYC apartment building where people constantly move out & just dump stuff😢...Also these lamp planters will allow me to utilize my TALL ceiling space w/ the plants I L❤V!!
I love looking at your plants around your house! Reminds me of your first few videos that got me to watch you. I love the jungle vibes! Inspires me to switch up my planty areas time to time. Gives me new ideas because sometimes it can get overwhelming but changing things up helps!
Started watching this morning, headed to work, came home to plant mail (a hoya rotundifolia cutting) pressed play again to resume the video and it was the exact moment you mentioned your rotundifolia! Taking it as a sign from the plsnt gods that it was a good purchase 😂 Love these collection tours, and love that yours has character!
Oh wow Harli, this was a great plant tour, you have a lot of very beautiful plants, I really like all of my Pothos and also my syngoniums. I don't take any of my plants outside becuase I don't have a deck to set them on. I also am dealing with mealy bugs for the first time ever, and I really hate those stupid bugs, they have hurt so many of my beautiful Hoya and I have lost 4 of those and still looking for that Hoya polyneura and will eventually replace all of the Hoya that I lost to those dang mealy bugs. I do love the areas you have plants in and the design of all of those is looking so great. That wood dresser that Ryan built is so beautiful and really fits that area so perfectly. I also love those plants you have on that light and understand how Ryan feels about those on top of that and I feel like if you put a shelf on that wall you could take all of those lovely plants down from there and place them on that shelf and they would look so incredible and beautiful. Gosh Harli thanks so much for this wonderful video that was so much fun to watch and I do know that you will be out of town because I just saw that video, have a beautiful time, sending love and hugs, bye for now. 😂😊🤗👋👋🙏👍💜💜
I started watching you when you lived in the apartment!!! Dang...your plants are beautiful, love that dresser Ryan, you both are very talented 🤗🌱💚 fun tour💚🌱💚🌱
Stephania Erecta grows well for me in high humidity. I have one in a leca/pon setup, and one in soil. They like to be halfway buried in substrate and watered when soil dries.
I love the relationship between you and your husband. It reminds me of my relationship with mine. ❤ We tease each other but are also each other's biggest supporters... most of the time lol
That is nice your husband does wood work projects. Very impressive and great to have crafted furniture. I did some when i was in secondary school a spice rack and a cook book stand. Definitely need to wear tough gloves as can hurt your hands. The Aeschynanthus Thai Pink Lipstick Plant is my favourite variety with the heart shapes. Yours is so healthy looking mine isn’t doing so well. The leaves looks wrinkled and some feel thin. I think is from dehydration from the plant store. Doesn’t seem to bounce back when watered. Love to hear some plant tips on how to thrive. Nice plant collection. I hate when bathrooms doesn’t have windows. Is very common with some apartments I don’t know why.
I love the dresser. I just paid $400 for "engineered wood". Ryan has really come a long way with the plants. He would have said "no way" to you growing a plant up the wall. Now he's like, "yeah, that plant grows fast". I love it.
Harli, you should look into hangapots. They make it super easy to place plants on a wall. The only downside is your plants need to be on pots with a lip like the ones terracotta pots have.
That dresser is a dream! Well definitely be Ryan!! And Ryan, she’s right about your 3D printed planter, you could use it for succulents or something with really shallow roots, but you’d need it deeper for most other plants, sorry dude, it’s stunning though!!
keep your Stefania erekta in your Ikea greenhouse for a while. it appreciates warm and humid environment based on my experience. I have 2 of them in my Ikea cabinet and its had leaves all year round. I put in a pot with a layer of moss that I keep moist for the most part. it seems to like it.
I need a grow light tour! I live in the woods with 100+ houseplants. I put allot of my plants in front of an east facing sliding glass door but as everything has gotten so big in the last 3 or 4 years I'm running out of room😅 (also I have a wrap around porch, so it's fairly dark in most of my house.) If you have ideas for bulbs I can put in dimmable light sockets that would be great!
Also, I need your help! I rescued a lemon lime upright philodendron. I repotted it and it's growing new leaves. The question is, the leaves are narrow. Do you know if that's a specific smaller variety than yoir plant or do you think it needs more light!? Thanks Harli!
Hey Harli🌸 Are you planning on building something in the big terrarium you keep in the basement? Would be so exciting so see what you can make of it! I remember your video from botanicaz (?) from way back, its great🤩 Also, did you remove the pond?
I love Ryan’s excitement. For someone who is not a plant person, I feel he is pretty enthusiastic 😊
That’s what I’ve been telling him! Hard as he fights it, he’s got a little plant lover in him I think 😋
She’s slowly breaking him down 🤣
You and Ryan are such a good pair. The dresser is a work of art!
I like Ryan's commentary. It's interesting to see which plants he finds fun and interesting.
I would buy that dresser in a heart beat. Plus a matching bed and anything else Ryan wants to make. Gorgeous work.
I’ve been telling him that he should sell some of his furniture he makes! I’ll pass along your message to him too 😋🙏
I really like that your husband get involved in your hobby, you guys are amazing
can't watch all... have to go to work, but agree about the pot ....plant needs to be in just the right pot
Harli, your taste in plants is impeccable 🤌 such refreshing and unique choices. Looove.
Thanks Fern ❤️🙏
Ryan is quite the carpenter! Lovely work, Ryan! I am so anxious for you to start selling, again. Safe travels!
Beautiful dresser Ryan. 🎉🎉 Looking forward to seeing the new plant shelf 😀🇨🇦
Great job Ryan on that gorgeous dresser!! Love the grain in the wood,!!👍👏👍
Your planters are just the best! My favorite part of your videos. 😍
as someone who lives with several housemates, I always appreciate hearing Ryan's practical opinion of plants to decide how to keep my plants and people getting along
The pot he made you is gorgeous!! I agree it needs a special plant to show it off though.
I love how much interest, honesty and supportive Ryan is! My man is the same way, but he does landscaping so he def is more interested than the average! ❤
Great dresser....good job Ryan♥️💙💜💚💛🧡
Such a beautiful collection 🥰🪴🥰
Ryan does awesome woodwork. He should sell his furniture. Beautiful work.
The little Burrows Tail is so precious 💕
Your plants are gorgeous, Harli! Thanks for sharing them with us!!👍❤️👏😊
Thank you so much ❤️ it makes me happy that you enjoy
Oh Wow that Flowering Maple 🍁 is so pretty 💐💚💐
I think so too!
definitely can see the shelf for the kitchen, it feels like too much plant free space atm!
I think the video drawing of the shelf and grow light is fantastic and you should definitely do that!!!
I enjoyed this, and I really love and appreciate the variety of plants 🌿🌵 you have😊
The planter the hubby made is amazing! I agree you can’t just through any old plants in there😂😂
Very nice tour of your babies
All look so happy, enjoyed the little chats between the 2 of you😍

I'm so glad! Thanks for watching ❤️
This was so cute and fun! I was thinking you got rid of a lot more than you did. I definitely agree about the right plant for the pot and sometimes REALLY struggle with that 😅
Begonia Maculata is interesting 🤔 I've been seeing it in a lot of plant videos lately. I really like it🌿🤟🌱
Aww the Syngonim Ribbon 🎀 I love it💋
Wow, lots of plants. I only have a fraction of the plants you have . Beautiful setup.
Your plants are all looking so beautiful & happy. Thanks for the tour!

I wish I could see a photo, that sounds super cute! ❤
Something is a little funky with the editing @11:38 but i enjoyed seeing all the plants!

Your husband is so sweet and supportive! I just did a big plant shelf on the wall next to my dining table and I love it. I got mine from Etsy, it’s a 80” wooden one
I love hearing Ryan’s opinion too!
I love the bathroom Lemon Lime!! So bushy!!
Ryan, the dresser or chest of drawers...Beautiful! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💐❣️
I bought a passiflora trifasciata because I was obsessed with yours. Mine is growing like crazy and the leaves are huge!
Where were you able to buy yours? Looking for one!
@@keilabarrios9729 I actually bought mine on ebay!
REALLLLLY LIKE re-purposing the tower lamps into planters. Live in a NYC apartment building where people constantly move out & just dump stuff😢...Also these lamp planters will allow me to utilize my TALL ceiling space w/ the plants I L❤V!!

Harli, your Cebu, Pothos is beautiful!❣️

The 3-D printed pot is a phenomenal bonsai planter!
My favorite video of yours!

Rewatched your old videos this weekend waiting for a new one ❤
Also curious if Ryan was successful with his bonsai projects
Haven’t gotten around to them yet. Hopefully soon!
I love the relationship between you and your husband. It reminds me of my relationship with mine. ❤ We tease each other but are also each other's biggest supporters... most of the time lol
I love u guys Harley and Ryan u guys are cute when making planty videos ❤❤❤❤
I always love your plant tour vids. I want to do a plant shelf like your white one. What grow lights did you use for the top of each shelf?
Beautiful plants! 🥰

Do you have Instagram? It’ll be easier to help if I can see a photo of it

Ohhh I’ll look into them! Thank you
P.s. I'm super jealous that you're in Thailand!!! Have a fun & safe trip, Harli 🪴
You can plant a succulent garden in Ryan’s 3D printed pot. Since it’s flat, they might do better in that kind of pot.
I enjoyed this! I’ve been loving your out-tro. Is that what it’s called? Lol so fun! ❤🪴
Thanks for sharing ❤
Definitely. A small tomato plant ❣️
Can you tell us what grow lights you use? 💕
That dresser is a dream! Well definitely be Ryan!! And Ryan, she’s right about your 3D printed planter, you could use it for succulents or something with really shallow roots, but you’d need it deeper for most other plants, sorry dude, it’s stunning though!!

your peperomia pilea would look great in the 3d printed pot :D
Are you gonna stick a moss pole in the monstera albo?
Where do you get the cedar planks?
I need a grow light tour! I live in the woods with 100+ houseplants. If you have ideas for bulbs I can put in dimmable light sockets that would be great!
Also I would love to get my hands on a monstera albo (or any variegated monstera deliciosa) I just don't have good lighting in my home
Where did you get the cute funky face planters that are in your office window? 😁
This artist 😊 www.pixieblood.ca
My philodendron giganteum blizzard is pretty compact. It sits right below a grow light. They grow really fast though, don’t they.
So beautiful❤
Your new subscriber from India 😊
What happened to your scindapsus satin jade? I remember being obsessed with it in your older videos!
Also, I need your help! I rescued a lemon lime upright philodendron. I repotted it and it's growing new leaves. The question is, the leaves are narrow. Do you know if that's a specific smaller variety than yoir plant or do you think it needs more light!?

28:32 Your P. atabapoense i've never heard of a silver one before. Is it really silver?
It’s not silver, but definitely has a silver sheen to it!
Hey Harli🌸 Are you planning on building something in the big terrarium you keep in the basement? Would be so exciting so see what you can make of it! I remember your video from botanicaz (?) from way back, its great🤩
Also, did you remove the pond?
IMPRESSIVE Ryan😊
How do u do it with 2!young sons & a spotless home … love all ur plants .. wish I had room for a grow tent & a place to put it …😅
It’s not always spotless I promise haha I wanted it to be for this video 😋 we do our best day to day but gets pretty cluttery sometimes
Correct on the 3D pot, Ryan 😂❣️
I think you should get peel and stick chalkboard for the side of the cabinet with the peeking paint
Where can i find the pot that your Ric Rac is in?
Here’s the link 😊 mipaspotsandplants.com/products/11-ufo-planter
Tomatoe plant in top of the flying saucer planter in bathroom ;)
🌈❤girl 😍beautiful 🌷🥰
OMG so jealous of your Philo Brasil (or Brazil, whichever lol)... I cannot get mine to thrive! It's just, MEH... always lol
Can/will you send me some cuttings of yor cebu blue Pothos?
