I have a genuine question, is it really hard/ impossible to apply crane secret arts (increase attack speed) in lost judgment to other brawler dragon engine game? Thank you in advanced.

It most likely is, the IDs for them are far different so unless they're ported in the future it's not possible.

Prolly, crane hidden arts also increases the speed of the animation so it could be replicated if Switch ever decides to speed the animations up for the mod to mimic CHA
