I've only been to HereoesCon once, in 2015. It was the best *pure* comic book convention I've ever been to. The focus is solely on comics : not pop culture, not TV or movies, just comics. I want to go back, and I highly, highly recommend it to anyone that is considering going.

@ 31:40 - Bob Hall was there! He's one of my favourite artists that did Hawkeye. Of course, there was George Perez and John Byrne, but I grew up in the 80s with Bob Hall and Greg LaRocque doing the Avengers artwork (Avengers 221 one of my all time faves). I wish he did the ongoing West Coast Avengers series (nothing against Al Milgrom); he did a great job on the limited series.
Honestly, I love the variety of people streaming in during first couple of minutes: old, young, male, female, cosplay, with kids, solo, groups.... Comics are for everyone!!!!
Thank you for the excellent video, guys! I was thrilled. I've been thinking about going to HeroesCon. It is among the more likely cons I'd like to attend one day if I come to the US at all. I just recently attended a wonderful con in Europe in June. It was a lot more crowded than this one, so it would have been quite hard to film a quiet walkthrough.
The Star Power Heroescon delivered is astonishing. Starlin, Thomas, Vess, Frenz, Bagley, Claremont and so much more…I‘d rather go to Heroescon than get myself pushed and shoved in San Diego 😵

Love the Tucci sighting, probably one of the friendliest people to see at a con. That man seems to know everyone.

Good vid Omar, this looks like a great con, loads of creators I'd love to meet. The London Film and Comic Con is actually on over here this weekend. It's a bit similar to what you see here, layout and building wise, just with less of everything!
Nice video! I was laughing at Melanie zonking out toward the end. I can only imagine how tiring it must be holding the camera and walking around with everything for so long.

Yes when you go to a NYComic Con expect marvel booth there and live shows contest! DC comics don't show there! But enjoy! Midtown Comics on 50th St. Not to far from con forbidden planet comic shop in the village on Broadway can't miss it big logo sign of name. This convention looks great too Omar! 😄👍

I been too many conventions and enjoy it my favorite was at MSG Midtown Comics do a lot of Marvel and DC products they friendly there once you there don't want to leave 😱 also Forbidden Planet too! I don't live in Manhattan but I take subway train from Westchester NY there

I went there some years ago…it was fine just not my favorite. For me Baltimore Comic Con feels like home. And I’ve been to cons all over the country.
Thanks for the walk thru the convention! I noticed that I saw about 5 to 10 people at most using face mask… that is kind of alarming… would seem that nobody cares anymore
Some creators did and some didn’t. It’s a lot different than it has been in the last year. I think people were still cautious.
