Just saw a sign that said "Give Way" What does that mean in London? We have signs that say "Right of Way" but that is more about driving... Does this mean don't block?

This sign is for drivers. It's just on the wrong side of the road for us.:) Otherwise, it's the same sign as anywhere else in Europe, with the difference that the British like to write texts on everything
