Dave - are you sure the entire shock absorber set-up needs replacing ? These vans are notorious for the suspension top mount bearings failing (a pinging noise when you turn the wheel left or right) - cheap parts, but the shocks do need to come out to fit them. Shocks themselves are quite expensive - I had to have one done on my Combo (same van, different badge).

Have you heard anything about cx paying drivers weekly .pete the truck driver said about it but not heard anything else. Just mo work on cx given up going long jobs just land up driving back empty Birmingham. Bristol. Swindon. Cardiff. Manchester Just not worth it
I had this a few weeks ago. After I created the invoice I got a message saying if I would like to be paid in 7 days. I said yes but I think they took 5% for the privilege.
To guarantee to get paid, from CX you need to set up your bank details on TrustD and the payment service is being rolled out over the next few months. If you want faster payment (like CX factoring) it will obviously cost a fee but I don’t know what that is.
The CX get paid their exorbitant fees from drivers who have no guarantee of any work due to the over saturation on the platform.

At the moment everyone has paid. If someone is late then I send an email and follow that up with a phone call after a few days
