So boring when the balls aren't actually doing anything. They could move lego characters to tell a story, but they don't. They could set other things in motion in an interesting way, but they don't. They could examplify how something works, but they don't. Every single machine is just "roll the balls from A to B" with next to zero imagination. Just slap a theme on your box and call it a day.

I see your point, but tbf those balls are very small and very lightweight. There isn’t much they can actually do.
