I have added Vinegar, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning to ribs but not wings! You are on to something my friend and my taste buds are praising you 😆! Can't wait to try this recipe!
I like the chips too. But the wings are even better. Especially if you don't over cook them & dry them out which some ppl manage. Anyway, well made and they turn out so, so delicious. I'd be shocked if you didn't like them since you said you like the chips. And his recipe is spot on for a great S&V flavored Wing. I've made it several times. Only thing I do different is not go by minutes for doneness. I use a meat thermometer. I start checking the temp at around 20 minutes. If they're crispy by that point give them a flip, back into the oven they go until next temp check. If I have organic, well raised chicken I cook to 160°F. If I have to use conventional raised, 165-170°F. At this temp they aren't dried out, they just aren't quite as juicy as I like them. I really don't care for any type meat cooked beyond the temprature doneness. It changes the flavors too much imo. Hope you've gotten to try them.

Salt & Vinegar wings have the best flavor of any wing, even better than buffalo. Normally I want my wings spicy but with S&V I don't need the heat at all, they're perfect.

Safeway sells salt and vinegar chicken wings in their Deli and I love them. I previously purchased wing dust's salt and vinegar seasoning which is good as well. I'm definitely going to give this a shot to see how this compares. ill be using my instant pot vortex air fryer or possibly deep fryer. not sure. ill let you know how they turn out ALSO..the Wings dust's Salt and vinegar seasoning is sooooooo good on french fries. Yes even Mcdonalds french fries lol

@@nikooooo7661 wing dust is good enough for me. although Buffalo wild wings Salt n Vinegar seasoning is better than the Kosmos wing dust Salt n Vinegar. I havent tried the other wing dusts. it just depends if you like wet or dry wing seasonings.
I bake my chicken with pickle juice and lemon pepper with thyme and basil alittle bit of bay leaves with potatoes green peppers and onions with one clove of garlic

The flavor was fantastic, but I was a bit worried about the cooking time of 1 hour @ 425, and I was right, it was over cooked, I think 325 would be a better temp as I like them still juicy, not dried out and tough. Turned out pretty damn good. I only have the salt and vinegar that Safeway makes to compare them too. I actually smoked the wings using pellets in the grill so they have a nice smoked flavor to top it off. I recommend that
I should also add that if your wings are smaller size then cut the time about 8 minutes on each side so 16 mins total. I took them out a few mins earlier than the hour and they were really dry. Didn’t even get to boil them they were already so done

Is the wing dust good enough to be used on wings by itself ? Or would you still need an extra sauce or blue cheese/hot sauce.
