Join me on a heartfelt journey through the streets of South Philly as I reminisce about some places and things that make this place feel like home to me.
Nick, ah, you made me laugh and cry. The memories you are posting are amazing! This was our life and you are keeping the memories alive! Thank you so much. I was getting ready to type Kaiser Brothers when that man told you the answer to your question. And, I loved "strapper!" Nick, you are the best!!!
Every time I pass the corner of 10th and Mifflin St. I remember spending summer days at the city pool. For a city kid that lived on Alder street it was great.
Very nicely done video. ✔️ I have most of the same memories. How bout Mario's on my corner? They changed hands a couple of times, but always bought a candy bar after school from there. And the park. Tons of memories there. ❤️
Broad & Snyder Ave ,The Stadium Bar, The Subway Bar , George's Restaurant , would of been class of 1978 South Philly high school if I'd of stayed in school
Sid Mark playing Sinatra on Sunday just took me back!!! Thanks for your Great video!!! Smells OFTEN take me back to my childhood!!! Thanks again- Nick
First time watching! Awesome job ❤❤❤
Kaiser’s hardware store! Loved that place!

Nice hunk of italian bread dipped into the gravy
Oh God yeah! Lol
For me it would have to be the cheesesteak from Jims on south street. Is a mans image still open?
Yeah! That will do it, brother! LOL
South Phila is not even close to what it was. An absolute shame
