Nice job. That’s some classic Arizona 1980s building. I think builders thought it would never rain again in the 1980s lol 😂. They used no gutters, totally poor drainage everywhere sloping into the house etc. and then on top of that the wood houses have just foam and stucco, no waterproofing whatsoever and the windows were slapped in with no flashing. Anyone buying a house from the 1980s really needs to take a good look at their drainage and waterproofing.
