Cheers Kevin. The U shaped aluminium is the stuff you can buy in 3m lengths and the nut....Damn I can't remember what the size was since I just pulled the nut from a box of odd bits I had. You could just undo the injector feed and measure the thread...it might be 12mm from memory?
For the tool you made, do you know the size of the nut that screws on top of the injector? Also, how is the "U-shaped" aluminum made? I think I see you notched it out? LOVE your videos by the way...
Hi Kevin, sorry I did reply to you here but I see that it's gone...hmm. Anyway what I said was that I bought some U shaped aluminium from a hardware store to make the tool and that the thread sizewas 12mm I think. However I see that you have found out that it is actually 12mm x 1.5mm so cheers for that and sorry my previous post never loaded up.
Excellent and clear uncomplicated demonstration, thank you, bravo!
Another fantastic video to help amateurs like me fix issues that would cost me a fortune otherwise.

I found out the size of the top of the injector thread is 12mm x 1.5mm thread (M12x1.5 fine thread)
Ah Cheers :-)
