      Hello brother, I want to mention something (or rather someone) which has helped me a lot as a fellow Christian.
      Her name is Mary, the Mother of Jesus Christ!
      Today in the Church we celebrate when she visited Elizabeth, who professed her to be the ‘mother of my Lord’
      Mary herself says, ‘My soul magnifies the Lord… all generations shall call me blessed, because he that is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name’!
      May the Mother of God accompany you and May you rejoice in her maternal care always!

    Thank you father and video producers! A few days ago I ran a Half-marathon abroad. Then I got invited to a 40 min live-interview on a catholic radio station to talk about running and faith. I think it was the will of God. I only had to say yes. I did it and it was a great joy and hopefully a great blessing for others.

It’s been 35 years now and I accumulated these journals. I asked God and I also learned how to listen to the Lord. Now I am in the middle of writing a book. Thank You Father for this video. This just confirmed that I am doing what God’s Will for me.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥😇😇😇😇

    I planned on praying to figure this out. It kind of just hit me. I’m a widower of almost three years. I was commenting on Reddit page for widowers. Start a support group for widowers/widows at my parish! I’m not a therapist, but I’m going to think about this and mention it to my priest. Maybe there is a therapist at the Church willing to volunteer some time.

    I love this so much! I believe my calling is doing videos for the kingdom too. God has been telling me for ages but I would always ignore it, or dismiss it. Recently after prayer and spending more time in the Word, and daily mass, I've finally listened and I'm doing my best to step up, as frequently as I'm led to and consistently 🥰🥰 I feel like it’s no coincidence that I'm seeing this and that you mentioned St Patrick! I'm so inspired by St Patrick, my baptismal anniversary is on his feast day🙏🏾💃🏾

    Fr. Columba, I’ve introduced CTM to my sister. Because of you she’s watching daily. She loves what you’re teaching and thinks you’re hot because of your beard. I’m hoping she’ll come back to the Faith. Do answer my question please. I can’t get an answer from my parish priest.

    • @Fluffers-n2h
      @Fluffers-n2h 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Please consider kindly discouraging your sister from at least speaking that way about a religious. This is a man who has given his life to serve our Lord, and practices poverty, chastity and obedience. It is disrespectful to refer to him in a way that refers to his physical appearance in a base or lustful way.

    I agree entirely, priests need to focus on mass, the sacraments and do this to as well as possible(then no complaints). Committees and volunteerism is very much an Irish thing, look at the G.A.A. which is fully integrated into every community in Ireland. Maybe just talk about volunteering than ministry, most never think of themselves as having a mission, volunteering is the language of the day. Also volunteering takes into account different levels or frameworks of involvement, could be 1 day in a year to weekly, monthly etc.

    Ha ! All my life in the church I’ve been rejected, gossiped, backstabbed and in one parish I had to go see a psychologist who diagnosed…… tadataraarraddaa……PTSD ! My current parish I can’t find privacy as there’s always minions who watch all you do then fall over one another to get into your space and steal your blessings your graces. Infact I took ideas which I believe , through much prayer meditation and living experience, to be the revelation of Gods will for me to serve the parish. But the PP isn’t interested . And so life goes on and the clerics win their way. ……….. Christ says…. “I Am The Way ……🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

      Why would somebody's sexual orientation have power over the Eucharist? Do you sincerely think it's that fragile?

    • @tbenedict8983
      @tbenedict8983 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      The disposition you need to receive Jesus Christ our Lord are:
      Being in state of grace (having no mortal sin on your conscience) and willing to actually receive Jesus so that He can heal you, comfort you, or whatever you need.
      The disposition of the people giving the Eucharist are their own problem and not yours. However if this situation causes scandal in your parish you should also pray for them and for the situation as it is from your brother in Christ that your are receiving Jesus, as equally a part of the same mystical body you are part of too. In conclusion, focus on praying while receiving Jesus because the graces you receive really depends on your internal disposition to receive Christ and letting Him work inside you, while if you are constantly worried about something else you are creating obstacles to God graces and therefore loosing an opportunity to live in more depth the mystery of the Holy Trinity and living of charity that unite it.
      God bless you in your journey

    • @Irishherbs
      @Irishherbs 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I believe you need to be clean to receive the Eucharist.Free of sin.Fornication and sodomy is considered a sin.Through confession and repentance sins and burdens are wiped clean.Enabling one to start a fresh.Hope this helps brother.

      From personal experience, God always meets us at our point of need. He knows where and how best to reach us. Sometimes God talks to us through people close to us, or through content we watch on Social media if need be😅 Definitely through scripture, and also in a quiet stirring of our hearts. Be still in His presence, or simply just be. Be open to hearing from Him and you will 🙏🏾❤
