It doesn't save. However, if you wanted to make an Owner's chat tag, you could simply have a list of userId in a script and whenever a player joins, you check if they have that ID, and if they do, you give them the OwnerAttribute, which doesn't require saving. Another way, is to use a DataStore to save a BoolValue which gets checked when that player joins and assign the attribute accordingly :3
If your chat tags is 'VIP' Make it like this to get multiple '[VIP][Manager]' If the result became [[VIP][Manager]] then just edit it in the Roblox studio to 'VIP][Manager' Edit: that's all I know🤷♀️

when you get it and leave a game does it save? (like the [VIP] :playername: or [Owner] :playername: )
