Omg. This is so helpful. For the past few months, my mobile has been at the brink of data overload. I've tried to clear cache everyday and it was very annoying and I've wasted my time on this. However, some of my social media platform I need to log in again which is all fine. Thank you.

Thank you! Finally something that works other than factory reset! I had deleted all but 7 photos, text messages, Uninstalled apps, the works! This one step took me from 127 to 31! Thank you 🤗

"Other" has most of data, over16 GB.

This looks great. Going to see if you have an updated video on this, because my S21 doesn't have an "Advanced" option to select.
My phone is J7 so try clicking on gallery app as if you're gonna open it..then click on the 3 dots at right top corner choose recycle bin ...it will open and you can choose which photos or videos to delete

Hey, I don't know if I missed something but mine doesn't say advanced and I have a galaxy A8 doesn't work with that too?
I try to clear data gallery but its still same.
when u move it to trash it doesnt mean its deleted,u have to go to trash,then delete them from there too🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
What helped me immensely was doing a factory reset of my phone. Back everything up to Google Drive first before the reset, then sign in to Google Drive which restores everything again, minus the trash accumulated in storage.

I managed to remove a lot of storage used by clearing app data on each individual app setting and moving some of them to the sd card

I did this by my self and I pressed on cleared data on all the apps 😅 and it free up alot of space then I go on TH-cam I searched what free up space and it is the exact same thing that 😅 I did im 12 years old and I'm watching you from Guyana 🇬🇾 😅 👦

Generally...if you delete like your gallery...I would check ...it changes date daily as to when the trash can will empty and permanently delete

I'm having a problem that never had.
It says my storage is full but I delete all my apps delete alot of videos. But all my videos on SD card. The rest of my videos are not on my SD card. And trying to export a video. But storage full is annoying me. I deleted so much and made no difference still 99% but finally get it to 98%

I use my SD card to move alot of videos pictures there.
A d today I'm having weird trouble with my Insturnal storage.
Like I dleete apps and other videos that wasn't on SD. And also what was on SD. And didn't fix it.
