I feel in a sad "State of flux" full of uncertainty, constant change every day, feeling emotionally overwhelmed and disturbed quick to tears which know no boundary and quite embarrassing at times when talking to strangers, family and friends ask if I am "depressed" to which I answer no! as my energy is either up or down depending on the day/minute and collective energy, my intuition tells me to rest and avoid overload of stimulus and I agree thats best for me to lay low and retire at this time.
