Wow!!! I've started doing the same thing when I'm doing reiki, my hands move sometimes uncontrollably and feel like my mouth wants to say something and I get messages about the clients! Amazing
I have the same experience while speaking in what the Christians call tongues..( I think it’s a “light language” as well..) my arms and hands will gesture as if I’m creating something.. you should let the words flow as your mouth moves.. YOU have to start speaking whatever with your own voice, tho, it/they will never force you…you will be amazed at the language that will pour forth from your lips..one that you were never taught, you kind of have to switch your natural thinking mind off so that is how you know you are basically “channeling .” I feel I am endowed with wisdom after I do this.. things that will come to my mind, knowings, knowledge, Truths, later in the day or even several days later. I think it’s a language that creates when you don’t know what you want or need..

I've had contact with my Arcturian higher self through an Akashic reading, Soma Amun, is the name....message given to me in Latin,(they know I love Latin, but I neither understand it or speak it 😂). Soma unos hyssop,- take some hyssop,..a Syrian oregano to open the third eye. Since then,..I've had messages, in Latin...and also a visual of my Arcturian higher self talking with an overseer, telling him about a conversation I had with a partner. I was concise, non aggressive, meaningful and brave,..a huge leap for me! The message.. 'Solas eblatos' ..they were blown away. I know I've seen the arcturians in my Kundalini. I didn't have knowledge of the word arcturian, and I then had my kundalini in Jan. 2021 with a huge surge of energy. My body was shaking it was so much energy. Then I drew an arcturian. I know im channeling, and I know it's safe. I'm not sure who I'm channeling, but I remember wanting to be a medium since I was a child, and I had a medium tell me by the time I was 40, I would have amazing gifts. I have noticed when i listen to channelings i get "pictures/experience " with the message... I think thats why they feel so warm and personal because of the other senses that are packed in there!
I really like the advice on how to find a place for a get away or vacation that is for your highest good also doing into the frequency of that reality. And removing the feeling that our guides are more than us we then move into that energy. And allowing them to speak to us in the way in which they want to. Just be open and paying attention. I did hear voices talking over him during this answer. It could've been background noise. I've found that in order to be "Finding the love in the moment" is all about connecting to BEING love as soon a you wake up. After awhile it just happens. So we are always love at every moment. To change the thoughts during that tough moment, it's also changing the programned response to situations. I think what he said about penning up to receiving information. I think we live so contracted that we aren't own to hearing or tuning in. So much great info.

Hey I just saw a short video about how the chakras have different frequencies with affirmations. So "I am" is the toot chakra. "I feel" is the sacral, I feel abundant. And so on. You should check that out. Might be something to incorporate.

@@DanielScranton Healing all the toxicity within the Divine Feminine and Masculine for one. The patriarchy has hurt both sexes and we all have them both within so it’s an outer and inner healing. We all volunteered to come and it’s an exciting time but change is never easy. It’s exhausting. With the opening of the Lions Gate Portal, and it took soooo long, we are getting very strong energies right now. We are working on our past life healing and more exciting, our DNA! The multidimensional vehicle that each soul has! We will be able to live a lot longer and when food can be replicated… well, imagine that! 😊

Hey I just saw a short video about how the chakras have different frequencies with affirmations. So "I am" is the toot chakra. "I feel" is the sacral, I feel abundant. And so on. You should check that out. Might be something to incorporate.
