- Ekurhuleni Mayor Nkosindiphile Xhakaza says the Democratic Alliance will be included in his executive in the interest of stability Xhakaza has now officially been in office for 100 days.
When he came into office, he promised to stabilize the city and to resolve service delivery challenges.
And The ANC in Tshwane has temporarily withdrawn Friday's planned motion of no-confidence against executive mayor, Cilliers Brink.
This follows an urgent application by Brink filed in the Pretoria High Court to have the motion blocked.
He argues it's unlawful and that he is entitled to sufficient time to respond to the issues raised.
