She thought the Utah-number was 800. When Ross said "800 is free, 801 is Utah", she said "no it(Utah) has to be 801, all those big companies have toll free numbers".
She said that her warranty expired in a day, and yet she was still on the phone for two (when they would probably not have fixed her phone for free anymore). I love the innocence of Phoebe.
Well...actually I guess if she told them that she had called the day before she could still have gotten it fixed for free....but at the same time maybe not.
