Crow Family Introducing Droopy Wing

This is the first video in a series introducing the crow families that come to my home each day. It is easy to idenitfy many of the crows because of obvious feather differences. Droopy Wing stands out because of the wing that hangs down. Droopy has come to the morning feeding from the beginning. Over the last 2 weeks I didn't see him or her once until yesterday. I am so relived to have droopy back. Stay tuned for a video on a crow called Broken Feather.

I guess it's hard for humans to tell crows and ravens apart without distinguishing features, although they seem to have no difficulties.
I wonder if a human could pick up on differences in their voices after getting to know a murder of them?
There must be subtle differences.

That's funny, there was a local crow around here that my partner and I named the same thing because they had a similar wing. I wonder what causes that? Born that way, or injury? He seemed to get along all right.

There was another commentor here that said they had a crow they named 'Droopy Wing'. I am beginning to think this is a thing.
