I loved this! Why did I never think of giving a bath before bed I’m sure it’s soothing and helps them go to sleep! I’ve always been doing it in the morning. I’m gonna have to switch it up . Also loved the music you chose, it put my girl right to sleep!

Second 😊 and our night time routine sucks at the moment as Lillian cluster feeds and won’t settle any earlier than 10pm usually around 11pm 🙁 She also becomes really fussy after a bath so I bath her every second morning. Well done on getting into a good evening routine ❤️
Brynlee has been less fussy lately thank goodness. Cluster feeding is hard!
Erika Ann sure is I’m so sore. I’m thinking of using formula in the evenings to give me a break and hoping it might help her to settle better. Some nights she doesn’t go down until midnight :(

Love this! I may need to copy your routine lol. We have nothing right now and are all over the place and I don’t even know where to start. My baby just turned one month on Wednesday. How old was she when you started a bedtime routine?
It honestly just happened naturally over time. This is what works best for her so I just went with it. We probably started around the 4-5 week mark though. 😊
I'll also add that not every night goes this smoothly! Sometimes she is fussier and I'm not able to shower, or I shower during her last nap of the evening so I can do her part of the routine quickly if I need to.

Do you like the snuza? I have been looking at the owlet but they're so expensive. I am really wanting something for the breathing though. I'm sure it will get better in time but I have a hard time staying asleep or getting anything else done wondering if she's breathing.
