Really love the kitchen. My “Granny” and my parents used to have what they called a clam bake shed (patio with roof). Attached was a kitchen not as fancy as yours. They had windows that propped open when they used it. Open air style but would be shade and would shelter from the rain. They held them open with a stick. When they weren’t using it, they closed it up and there was no windows. It was there for an actual in ground clam bake for over a hundred people out there. They would come from different states for the enjoyment. They used to have potato sack runs and egg toss for the kids. It was an all day event. They also had an old fashion “out house” out back in the 60’s for the people. Life was so simple back then. Thanks so much for your videos. I really enjoy them.

I agree with Stacy about the organic peanut butter and the use of pesticides. I had a anaphylaxes reaction to raw sunflower seeds. Almost died. In my research I found most allergic reactions was due to pesticides applied to sunflowers. Highly sprayed.

Sharon Brown I learned how to wash clothes like that from my mama. I remember how careful she told me to be. And it was dangerous. Mamas was electric.
Then she taught me how to hang those clothes up outside. And then how to iron them clothes.
If they froze dry on the clothes line, it kind of made it easier.
I learned how to iron at a much earlier age than the washing. I had to stand in a chair to reach the ironing board. I think I was about 6 years old when she gave me small things to learn on.
Stacy takes the Big things to the local laundry mat. She almost lost her favorite extra warm coat at that laundry mat. She went back when she realized she didn’t have it and I think, a woman found it and gave it back to her.
Don’t remember if it was the owner or another customer.

I grew up in an old neighborhood in an industrial city. Most of the people practiced the old ways. Most were European immigrants. They had “summer kitchens” now they are called outside kitchens. We had a coal burning cook stove inside and another one outside in the summer kitchen. It was still hot in the summer kitchen but at least you could sleep in the house during canning season and not die from heat stroke For some reason this episode brought back some great memories of that time. Hello Stacy, beautiful. Love how it is put together. I was watching when you were constructing it about 4 years ago and my goodness it is beautiful now. 💕NonnaGrace

The dessert looks great. Have lost 139 pounds and I could fit this into my eating plan. Thanks so much. Blessings to you both.
