Usually after you have lost all of your weight from pregnancy and you are feeling good--usually that takes about 6 months after childbirth.

Hey doc, I’m scheduled to get bbl surgery September 1st , my menstrual cycle usually comes around this time. Would it be an issue if I got it before or on my surgery date.?

Menstrual cycles frequently change around the time of surgery because of stress related to the surgery; regardless, the timing of a menstrual cycle will not have any bearing on your surgery.

Yes. Very gently.

Only lipo. I don't perform arm or thigh lifts.

Yes--if you return to your pre-partum weight things should still be fine.
