To be honest jhol momo is only nepali food in there others are not and there are way more Nepali items to try but the original taste is not in india :) for original and best taste come to Nepal 🇳🇵

Taipo is also found in Nepal but this guy was calling it thokpa and you are right if you want taste of Nepal you have to visit Nepal . The spices used in Nepal are different form india . In Indian food garam masal is used more

As a Nepali i can easily say that the thing you are eating is not thukpa it doesn't even look like thukpa and it isn't even a nepali food the one you are eating so called thukpa

Actually it's ma:ma:(म:म:) not momo. In newari language maniu means stemming and ma:ma: nayeu means is stemming stemming eating. It's newari food.

The thing you just ate is not thukpa...If you want to try real authentic Nepali cuisine then visit Nepal...Everyone say authentic Nepali food to promote their business but that's not true.
The jhol mo:mo you ate does not seem hot enough. If you eat a single piece of jhol momo at once just after serving; your mouth will burn hot...And Mo:mo has 10 pieces in a plate of serving here in Nepal not 8 .

Where is Thakali khana set, Newari khana/khaza set, Nepalese maithili khana/khaza set, pahadi khaza/khana set, selroti ,achar, arsa,anarasa, jhigey roti, Tharu khaza set, bhakka, kagateyRoti and so on. Momo, laphing, and thukpa are not the only dish found in Nepal.
