Karl, you made the sandwiches that were mouth watering. Interesting use of horseradish sauce on the other. I am baking rye on Friday. I made corned beef last Sunday with all the trimmings, so we will celebrate St. Pat’s day with the last of the roast and Gruyère cheese along with sweet and sour kraut with my thousand island dressing from my Mom on top, your horseradish sauce on the bottom. Great show.
