You have to add the salted vege with the chopped onions in the Khao Soi.. the crunchy onion adds sweetness and the salted vege pumps up the savory taste of the curry more. Seeing you eat makes me wanna jump back onto the next plane to Bkk for this treat 😋

Personally, i find shabushi (the japanese buffet restaurant) kinda overpriced nowadays. It used to be good but the quality gradually decreases over the years. There’s a hidden gem called tomtoon shabu located in siam. Brought my non-siam native friends and foreigners. Most of them loved it and the price was just 395 per person.

I want to give you some advice. Khao Soi Please choose khao soi pork. The flavor is stronger than chicken. and the most concentrated is khao soi beef.
