Fun Fact: Speed Burrow's primary has a reload time of 10 seconds. (longer than Speed Burrow's duration when active) That means if you press the fire button even once when using it and you miss, no more eating zombie feet for you for the rest of it's duration. This is why I recommend using it for retreating rather than offence

As someone who's been getting more into Chomper as a class, I'm intrigued to try Armour Chomp. Doesn't seem like too horrible of a character.
Hes good but plays different from the rest in play styles
I recommend him! Being stealthy is a great tactic to focus on, as that really helped me out in stuff like that last Zombopolis objective there.
congrats dude! you just surpassed me, a main Chomper who REALLY tried to master Armor Chomper, but couldn't.

I just camp on point with cover he is actually one of the best defensive close range units and counters super brain flankers i love shutting down super brains of all variants bc none of them can one tap armor chomper and being a chomper they just get melted to a eat
For attacking its the same thing you stay in the back and protect your supports they heal you n you just dont die.
Also because of his high dps the best spike week is vamp or regular bc you will find more use out of both of them and regular spike weed comes back faster as you get more per ammo
I always ise purple goop its got insanely fast cool down and has good utility and regular burrow bc sprint burrow just gets to awkward for me i used burrow as a stall and ambush

As someone who used to main armor chomper when I played the game I don’t think he’s as bad as everyone says the health helps a lot as a chomper and the bite damage is really high
Yeah, now that I've got that damage upgrade, his bites are no joke.
17:36 Sometimes if a chomper bites and its not completely centered it will show the damage number display but not actually do any damage (or this is purely a ping issue)
Since you hit him four times with a 50 damage move which is 200 and all soldiers only have 125 health

And to be honest, with that clip, I was so distracted at my goop not landing that I didn't even notice that I bit him for well over his health. I never knew about the centered bites thing, thanks for letting me know!

Thank you! I've always sort of looked down on the Chomper playstyle but it turns out it's incredibly fun once you get into it, I recommend that anybody should give it a shot.

I played gw2 earlier today and died to chomp cannon 4 times, amazing vid also btw super sticky goo last for 5 seconds and regular goop last for 9 seconds
Yeah, I'll be sure to stick with regular goop. The more I use it, the more random goop kills I get, so I'll take it!
Something to note about sprint burrow is that for some reason you only get one attack press to eat someone
Is that so? That probably explains why I was having such trouble with it. Maybe it's not a skill issue after all! (pleasepleaseplease)
@@captainflaresprint burrow is kinda just a worse version of the normal one
@@derpy3194ironically armor chomper is the ONE chomper it's actually useful on since it gives back some of your lost speed. I would also usually recommend using it for retreating after a kill rather than using it offensively to get kills for that exact reason.

One time I was playing as an iron citron and I just killed this pirate, then out of the blue, this marine biologist attacks me and I kill him in one shot cos iron citrons direct hits do 50 damage and I also had my sheild up. So this guy thought “yeah I’m going to take on this iron citron that has his sheild up with less than 50 health. I’ll definitely kill him” I genuinely want to know what he was really thinking

(If youve played tf2) id recommend using the regular burrow and use it like the bonk atomic punch
(If you havent) use burrow as an escape tool, no sane person will case a chomper who's in burrow, they will flee or try to get to a high place or burrow cancel
Yeah, I try to do that when I can. It's saved me from dying and taking that long walk of shame from spawn countless times.

Yeah, I think I got a bit ambitious when I kept trying to use it as a long-range tool. Mid-range seems to be a better fit for it.

I don't really know yet! I'll admit, doing tons more GW2 content wasn't necessarily the plan I had for this channel, but I found even before I uploaded the first one that I really enjoyed making it. So, so long as I'm enjoying it and you guys enjoy it, GW2 is here to stay. But yeah, I'll probably keep things pretty loose for future plans. But what I can confirm is Chomp Thing is next...

Chomp Cannon looks pretty good, how am i able to get it?
I'm pretty sure you can get it from opening the $35,000 coin packs in the shop! Most of the alternate character abilities can be found in those packs, you just have to get lucky.

Chomp cannon is actually good. At least it requires some skill, rather than just spitting it on a nearby zombie and having it basically become the easiest target ever.
Yup and of youre lucky with that, u can deal 100 dmg instead of 50 and then finish off with ease 😊
Well, it turns out, I do not have that skill. Maybe one day I'll try it out again, but that probably won't be for a while.
The wntirw point of chomper is to pick off the easiest targets

Can you use the sticky goop it immobilise their movements and attacks and you can just go and bite them
Does it actually immobilize attacks, too? That definitely makes it something to consider. But I know it doesn't do damage, and goop kills are just too funny to me to pass up.
