Omg it's me! So to explain for g1, special offense needs bulky dug. Some are low speed others low attack. Mine is 310 speed. G2: I thought if I faint to recoil I lose. If I knew boom forces tie I would have. The rulings on that change for formats official or not often. G3: beyond malding. It was agility metagross. Icelax is turbo underrated. Guess I didn't play it well here tho.
Ah yeah Tie mechanics are different in later Gens. In Gen 3 Recoil moves or Explosion can force ties. Agil Meta could've done it but you do still have to get through the Suicune. Nice set!

Saying that Regice and Snorlax both do the same job is terribly flawed. Neither one of these pokemon would be nearly as effective without the other. If you relied solely on either one of these mons, you would be quickly worn down; you *have* to supplement them somehow. While it doesn't have to be the exact combo of Regice+Snorlax, the redundancy is the point.
