Nice home. I would have to see about ability to buy that empty lot. Last thing I want is a home being built there and losing the view. House is really nice. I agree with you, need that outdoor kitchen, for me it’s a must. I love grilling
Upper oven is most likely convection. And, yes that is what I would use most of the time. By the way, You are on a roll Mike! The last 3 properties have been stunning! 💯
Another new home - love it! Nice flat entry drive and lovely plants and lawns. Master with the shiplap is gorgeous; would of liked a wall mounted (Toto) toilet with washlet. Agree about an outdoor kitchen (or similar). Thank you. Fun video.
Another great viewing! Thank you even though you can make us "drool" and hope even more to win the lottery!! /LoL In regards to "What I would change" if I'm not mistaken, there are now solar panels available in shingle form, wouldn't that be such a great electricity saver if this whole roof was made of solar shingles? Although...the cost of that would be around $ 125K if not more depending on the amount of solar roof shingles you need to achieve such a thing.
Hi greetings from Thailand watched a few of your videos now all great house style and gardens reminds me of here I noticed chains from roof to floor what purpose do they serve 😊

I understand
Great minds think alike. Yes to an out door kitchen. I would add a spa tub outside and off the master.
That would be cool!

Thank you!
Quick question - what was the hedge on the overlook in the yard? It looked so perfect.
You are 100% correct - -this place has everything. What a find.
I'm not sure what kind of plant that was

Next time!
Great build and wonderful finishes!
Thank you! Cheers!

We are still not seeing any solar shingles out here I don't think there is an installer
Also nice, but makes the Kealakekua one look like better value?
They are similar homes but different finishes inside and in different areas. I think both are actually a pretty good deal
The high end finishes do add up but it seems like it's priced high. Especially for only having a kiddie pool.
Love it
Great!

They guide the water down instead of having it splash all over the place.
It's where the water comes down the gutter system onto the ground. it slows the water so it doesn't leave a big hole
wow!
I agree!
Your camera is like a cocker spaniel.... every time you point at something, it just focuses on your hand! 😂😂
Sorry about that. Thank you for letting me know
@@HawaiiRealEstate Not really a problem, just had an "amusing" comment pop into my head, and was unable to resist...
👋
add a door between the utility and master closet
I like your idea
@HawaiiRealEstate did it not have anything there? I saw a slider between closet and bedroom
😎✌
Would not consider due to the empty lot below
I've seen people buy the lots below and then put a deed restriction on the height
Must be nice to not worry about wildfires, earthquakes and occasional snow when building a home...
