VGMtrans can rip the whole soundtrack from the games rom 😏 you can do it for almost any cps2 game (I've not managed to successfully rip Puzzle Fighter though for some reason)

It works on a small number of PS1 games (the most notable ones are from Squaresoft, so most of the Final Fantasy games and Chrono Cross etc.) Alot of SNES GBA and NDS games, a very small number of PS2 games too. Gamecube and Wii also have a very small number of games that use sequenced music like Wind Waker and Twilight Princess for example, they are rippable using a different tool BMS2MID. For Genesis games you have a few options, the most notable is VGM2MID.
