While on the topic of paint, I caught and read in some interesting breaking news earlier today.
The Sherwin-Williams paint plant in the state of Texas had an explosion happen, injuring only one person.
Garland, Texas. The plant faced quite a massive fire that happened earlier this morning.

Abalone and Iron Mountain look great together. I figured out why I’m not getting all the notifications- TH-cam changed my selection to personalized- uggh!
I'm "iffy" on Abalone, as it looks like a "putty" to me (which, to me, is not pretty or flattering), but loved Vanilla Milkshake, and think that would make a great "all over" wall color (in fact, kinda wish my current apt. had used that instead of the paint they chose which is more yellow-based). Really not liking Pashmina, I think it's a color that would be quite unflattering to people's skin tone, and again, too much like a type of putty color. However, Stonybrook is absolutely gorgeous! Would love to try a "tag team" type of wall painting with Stonybrook in some rooms, with an even paler version of it in other rooms. It really hits all the sweet spots: blue, green, gray...very pretty indeed.

I bought a gallon in 2015. I just took it back to the paint shop for a re-shake and have started putting it on my bathroom walls. Kitchen and Bathroom paint. Worth $110.00 today! 😊

Does the color vary depending on the grade of BM paint? I bought samples and this as well as sea salt are much darker with more red than any pics I can find online. I learned the sea salt is made for Aura paint but can’t find anything about this one.

Whatever you do, do not use this in a north facing room. You will regret it. It loopks purple and ugly!
