A nice drive around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We start from the yard in the Saginaw Neighborhood in the North Side of Fort Worth, TX via Fort Worth City Streets to I-35W. Then South on I-35W passing by Downtown Fort Worth (with a good shot of Downtown Fort Worth in the process) to I-20. Then East on I-20 (Dallas-Fort Worth Bypass/South Loop/LBJ Fwy.) around the South Suburbs of Dallas-Fort Worth to I-35E in Dallas. Then South on I-35E (Thornton Fwy.) briefly to local streets. Then on local streets to the yard in Lancaster, TX (Suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth) where Steve does a 34 hour restart and takes the truck into the shop.
Geeeees Steeve, What did you do to P.O. your dispatcher? Last weekend you got sent right into the path of a hurricane, this weekend you got stuck in Texas on the front edge of the weekend. I once worked for a company headquartered in Memphis, but I worked out of their Atlanta warehouse. It was supposed to be a "Home every weekend) kind of job. I took it so I could be home with my wife and kids on weekends. They got into a habit of sending me to Memphis (this was before I-22 was built... so much fun. :( ) with a load to deliver on Thursday to their main warehouse. Then they could never seem to get me a load back to Atlanta. There was always "We have loads out of West Memphis going to Plano Tx" (Happy Happy Joy Joy...NOT!) Once I got to Plano and the load dropped, there I sat for a day, every time, then I'd get a load to Norman Ok. for Monday. So much for home every weekend. I started to say F- it when they didn't have a load back to Georgia on Thursday or at least on Friday and bobtail or deadhead back home where I used to live, east of Atlanta which was a 7-8 hour trip then without I-22 built yet. Then I just refused to go to Memphis after Tuesday. This led to me taking my Freightshaker, quitting, and getting signed on with a company hauling shipping containers out of the railyards in Atlanta. I was home every weekend and almost every night.
Hi. I was wondering: 1. do you have red light cameras in the U.S. to catch ppl driving through red lights? And is it often the case that ppl drive through red lights? 2. Has Steve driven along any surf coasts where we can see either the east coast or west coast? Thank you.

Yes there are red light cameras in the US
Red Light cameras are decided by each state. Not all states allow them.
Yes people disregard stop lights.
