Love watching/listening to Kathleen, and Pete is good at the funny and the serious. PTSD can wake you up at a certain time. I had to give my Dad lethal doses per the hospice nurse when he started to die. Kathleen is so bright, fun, practical, hardworking, that she earns respect from men, and may not get the sexual harassment or stalking. It is so sad that some people like in Philly are raised in such hard lifestyles, that it's "Ok" to be rude. Not that way in the rest of PA.
Richie Havens grabbed the mic 🎤 and sang his heart out the first day of Woodstock. The weather sucked 20 days out of 24 was rain...but hey everyone got fed and had a great time.
I’ll never forget. Lived in Washington, DC. Taken to emergency for acute endemetreosis. Doc insisted I had to be pregnant. I said, “Unless you believe in the Immaculate Conception, there is NO way I could possibly be pregnant!” Then I had to explain what that was…..he was from India.

@KathleenMadigan - @PeterHolmes I’m 58 and grew up Lutheran in Columbia SC. We definitely ate, drank, and were very merry!! The really old “blue hair crew” not so much, but….those my parent’s age were pretty much your description. We also drank, went boating, taught our Pastor to waterski. Good times had by all. Body and blood, yep. Our service has become very close to Catholic mass. No latin and we don’t sling that incense (yet) in the processional. The generation of younger adults (~1965) had no problems with partaking in those enjoyable activities. 🤣🤣 Oh , we all smoked, too. We don’t hate y’all. In fact, “ We believe in the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting”…. Apostles and Nicene Creeds.🤣😍

Good grief! I escaped Catholicism when I reached 18, but I DO still remember Stations of the Cross. At least, thanks to Vatican II, you should have escaped Latin mass before school each day. I didn’t.
I had a friend who saw JG at a strip club in Sauget IL. It was Mothers Day and JG was sitting at the bar. My friend had seen him performing at the Hard Rock Cafe in St Louis that weekend. He said the performance was great and he as he walked by the bar, my friend said “Great show at the Hard Rock.” JG replied “go f#ck yourself.” 😂

Yup, Kathleen! As a former speech teacher, you are right! Movement can distract from your message…unless you plan it for transitions in your content. Just sayin’!
Answer for taking communion if you have celiac disease. There are approved wheat free communion wafers that can be used, but they're few and far between. However, The Cathoic Church believes that Jesus is fully present, body, blood, soul, and divinity in the bread and the wine. So, someone that cannot take the bread due to a medical condition can only take the wine and that person is still receiving the fullness of communion. INRI does mean Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews
