Acabamos de instalar el ventilador, maravilloso diseño, nada de ruido, y muy buen caudal de aire…PROBLEMA al apagar la luz del ventilador con el mando y el modo de ventilador funcionando se queda luz residual en los led. No somos capaces de solucionar el problema hemos instalado un condensador para evitarlo, pero no funciona … alguna solución? GRACIAS

Buenos días.
el problema puede ser por el retorno de la corriente que tiene que ver con la instalación de la casa. Normalmente instalando un condensador, como ha comentado, suele solucionarse. Otras soluciones pueden ser quitar la toma a tierra o intalar un aislador de doble polo. Esperamos que con una de estas dos opciones pueda solucionar el problema. un saludo

Lo puse ayer y funciona de maravilla, cierto es que la instrucciónes de papel no te ayuda mucho, el video esta fenomenal.
una cosa que no me gusta es la luz cada vez que das la luz da un tono diferente y no se si se puede dejar uno de ellos fijo

La luz tiene función memoria. Al encender del interruptor de pared, después de unos minutos apagado, la luz debería encenderse en el mismo tono que estaba antes de apagarse.

The whole point or at least the most important part of installation instructions is wiring. Just like original video and manual - wiring is not explained here at all….

Whilst this video is 100 times better than the installations instruction that come in the box it still is not good enough. Please make the video more thorough showing all around each step. It certainly would help. Example when you place the black box in to position you only show one side and no suggestion how to tidy away the excess of wires. Also you are able to see the cables around the pole in the ceiling box, suggest a ring is provided to close the gap.

Lovely fan but not that fun to install! XD
I had to look for an installation video because the most difficult step was to fit the wires and receptor in that ceiling piece. I agree with Chris Mead, both video and paper instructions should be clearer.
One more thing, the fan has been designed beautifully in white, all smooth and suddenly that little piece in black with screws showing!
Fan works very well and love the light temperature feeling and fan speeds!
I like the fact that the fan is quiet and can't wait to use with this Spanish hot summer more similar to hell!
