I used to grind level 4s in a Raven like 13 years ago. Just getting back into this game and skilling a new character
For lvl 4 Angel missions I use a passive version of this with 3 x LSE II, 2 x Multispec II, 3 Field Extender II rigs, 3 x BCS, 2 x MGE and a mid-grade Nirvana setup. Works like a charm.
And me who got a praxis with cruise missiles doing a grand total of 850dps (heavy drones included and T1, meta 4 launchers), repping for +150hp/s cap stabile and a price tag of about 350mill (it's a variant of the L4 running praxis that uses Rapid Heavy missiles) ..... The praxis wrecks L4 missions with ease and I bet that raven does as well .... but that right there is Golem money, and the golem could make a crap ton more money if you run incursions with it. (WTM incursions give me about 250-350mill/h)
Is this build enough to take on the l4 missions like pirate assualt and collision of worlds ?
For years the Raven (or Navy Issue) has been my go to ship for level 4 missions but recently I run most in a Rattlesnake. I do miss the Raven, it is one of my favorite ships in the game. Never really used torpedoes though, should I ?

Torp rattle is nutty. Slap a painter on it, and go to town.

@@rayderrich torp golem is busted. Two painters, and you do about 350 applied dps to ab frigates.
If you have all missile skills to level 4, whats the range difference between cruise missile and torpedo?
Over 100km. Cruise missiles can punch out to 200km with no problem. Torps cap out at roughly 60-70km.
What’s the best tech 1 or 2 Amarr battleship to use for level fours. Having a hard time figuring out a good build.

T2 is paladin, T1 is probably Armageddon, due to drones and missiles.
Hey, I would like using a Raven for the c3 sites, what do you think?
Not that you are asking me, but overkill :) But if that's how you want to roll, heavy missiles might be better b/c you will be seeing smaller ships.
Might be a bit late but I run all C3 sites in a HAM Cerb it bangs them out quick.

Nope. You can run them in a drake no problem.

would it be worth running 2 gecko's, 2 med's and a light drone? instead of 5 med's?
Not really. Geckos are too expensive, and have weaker application against smaller ships.

It's a 649m Raven. The Implants are not required.
