I’m so happily surprised to see that the Christian mystics like Teresa and John the Cross were talking about basically the same spiritual development as the Buddhist teachings. Thank you Caroline and Andrew! I can share what I have seen in the spiritual realm. The past year has been like a "sabbath" year in biblical terms. A time for the land to rest, which was reflected in human activity being cut in half this past year. Now, we are entering a year of "jubilee" if we have been able to recognize our spiritual journey and release our "debts". I love to see mysticism described in terms of Jesus as he represented the enlightened human we are becoming right at this very moment. Very Jesus, No Christianity here! It's all parables and symbols to represent a beautiful truth.

And, your Shadow Course from Sounds True- I’ll tell you what I think that’s when my dark Knight got real intense and the journey began that was 2019 Spring. I didn’t listen it’s probably why am still a sniper shooting reptiles that’s the one thing that is a squirted me the whole way is the mantra Andrew teaches in the shadow work course which I don’t want to write for fear of misspelling but it is beautiful and I am so grateful. And I have been led the whole way since starting from mentor to mentor to guru to guru to this Great Pl., I’m at now where life is falling apart and building back together. Jesus' teaching about love in action was simply what he learned in his own Jewish youth. The more we understand about how interconnected all life is, the more loving we become as human beings. We Are That.

God and the Christ are about heart opening,and embracing spirit filled God who in nature is non-divisive. Jesus teaches the difference between mind engrossed god and spirit filled God. May love and light engage our hearts with this truth.
I have not heard her imply that. She talks about God being law or principle in action. Both impersonal and deeply intimate. She is so NOT one of those "God will get you get you for that" people except in joking as a U.S. colloquialism like a slap on the hand for eating a cookie before dinner. It is my interpretation that when she says God is law. It is the law of the universe like physics, math, gravity not as some white man in a beard doling out illness as punishment. Illness is not a moral failing she has given many examples of this like Jobe or the Indian guy's problems are not his issues but he is carrying the burden for others. Just because we co-create doesn't mean we control the heavens. I hope this helps because it took alot to overcome my shame of illness and the thinking that bad things shouldn't happen to me because I am good. Carol would ask "and who did you think it would happen to?" and you and I would say "them". We can't know God's plan for us let alone them.
Totally agree midge. Illness can be from food, the environment and the even a soul choice. There are victim souls how come to suffer for the sins of others. As a Catholic Caroline should be well aware. We don’t ever need to add guilt to those who suffer illness.

All I have heard since the 1960's is that we are in a time of great awakening and transformation. But in my long life, all I have seen is a serious dumbing down of the American public, and the rise of a neo-fascism in the USA as exemplified by Donald Trump and his mindless hordes of fanatical followers. Yet people, like this, who live in a spiritual commercial seminar and book circuit bubble, do not seem to notice that things are getting worse, not better. Now, I am not discouraged and see tremendous potential for the individual student of the divine. But world wide society seems to be sinking lower and lower. I am sure there were people like these 2 living within the comforts of the Roman Empire shortly before the fall, which led to a 1000 year Dark Age. Such people probably predicted a glorious rebirth of Roman civilization and power along with a Christ consciousness throughout the empire. But instead we had a Dark Age. And back then, the entire planetary climate was not in upheaval. I read Andrew's book SON OF MAN. He describes a mystical spiritual path to union and beyond that no human being could possibly achieve in 1 life time. I gave the book to another friend who is a deep spiritual aspirant. He read the book. I asked about it and he just sighed and shook his head. He then said "If we each have to go through all THIS (what Andrew claimed in his book) before we go home, then none of us are going home for a very very long time". My point? Don't give us pie-in-the-sky rosy visions based on your long term insulation within a spiritual semi-New Age community of aspirants. Take off the fancy scarves and rings and just get out in public. Spend time in a local mall. Then talk to us about how the earth is ready to transition to a higher plane of existence! Carolyn has always appealed to me because she seems such a down-to-earth practical spiritual woman and mystical teacher. But I was stunned when I saw her now linked to Andrew, who seems to spend most of his time floating on a effervescent cloud on the astral level, painting for us a mystical path that is almost impossible for mere humans to accomplish. So set aside the platitudes and help me understand.
