+ I knew this video would be great. Worked out most of my life and learned mind muscle connection from Vince Gironda, but never heard the word body used with the other two. This adds a new dimension to the ability to connect with our own body. Especially in the gym. Thank you....
oh this was very nice! I'm a beginner with lifting and this is been one of the cooler things about it, I'm way more aware of like my posture/body bc of it, would love more of these videos ^_^
Welcome to the world of lifting! Being in tune with your muscles is such a helpful thing, especially when working out. Being able to have that mind to muscle connection is imperative to getting a good contraction on your muscles!
I always noticed that as a kid: whenever I looked through any anatomical diagrams I'd be able to feel every muscle and organ in my body. and it would always make me feel queasy. 😖
@woahASMR Not really, but it still kinda feels weird, like instead of feeling like one continuous mass, It makes me feel like I'm multiple masses that are connected to each other. (It's kinda like how Wolverine claims that it hurts him every time his claws come out and retract every time. But in my case it just made me feel lightheaded.)
All I can feel is my body aching from the long walk I've just done 😮💨 Seriously though, this video is genius for people like myself who suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. It truly does work to just focus on a particular thing to slowly help calm you down. I've done this for years 😌🤍
Right? It’s so cool when you can actually feel your muscles without actually moving them! Having that mind to muscle connection is so helpful especially like you said if you have anxiety and panic attacks to calm yourself down. ☺️😘😘😘🥰😍

Queasy! I was going to say you have a superpower until I read the very last part of your sentence. Does it still do that for you?

@@elishavelez8746 that’s a good analogy! I totally forgot that it hurts Wolverine even though it heals each time
