thank you for posting! There are not enough jibun videos out there. Glad you are in remission.

I appreciate your comment and kind words. I would like to see more videos from others about the Jibun Techo books too! They have so many nifty features in such a small space. Thanks for watching! 😊

I don't have a jibun techo as the price is way out of my budget @@ but I use a notebook as a self-care journal, perhaps I'll keep track of my health after I watch this video 💙

Jibuns are very pricey, but I think all the tracking I do could be done in any notebook. I find it helps me be more conscious of my choices about taking care of my body, so I think it would be a good fit for a self-care journal. Thanks for watching ❤️😊

Those Jibuns look so tempting… I like that you have so many weather symbols there. And a timeline for the whole day.
How is the paper? Is it like Tomoe River?
And what’s the difference between exercise and workout? I saw you track both and in my vocabulary they mean the same thing 😅

      Thanks for your comment!
The weather symbols are really cool. I don’t use them all the time, but it can be interesting to record them with mood and see if there is a relationship, since sometimes I can invent reasons when it’s just the weather! 😆
The paper doesn’t feel coated in the same way TR paper does. It’s doesn’t seem to make the same crackling noise. It is still thinner and smoother compared to MD paper, I think. And different versions of the Jibun Techos have different weight paper, so some are thicker.
There is a very thorough blogpost in jetpens that covers the full range
      www.jetpens.com/blog/Kokuyo-Jibun-Techo-A-3-in-1-Planner/pt/949
Exercise I use as a more general term, so if I get more than 10 000 steps I count that as having exercised. So I get a dot in the monthly tracker if I do any kind of exercise. Workouts are also exercise, but I also write down in the weekly layout the duration and activity for something I set time aside to do, like a yoga session. The two words can be interchangeable, so people can use them to mean the same thing. Does that make sense? I feel like I may have made it sound more confusing. 🫤

@@daphnefaff Okay, I understand now the difference 👍🏼
Thanks for the link. Jetpens usually seems to have very good resources. Whatever you google you end up there usually 😂

I agree, sometimes I just add Jetpens to my search terms because I know they will have the swatch or whatever I am wondering about. 😆

You’ve inspired me to consider more health stuff in my Cousin. I love the front “index”
Spreads but don’t enjoy writing small enough to use them for much. Maybe to track workouts for the year/quarter by quarter. And a few other tracker-type things. 😊

Thanks for your comment! I think the index section of the Hobonichi books are excellent for tracking. I plan to use that section of my a6 to track some stuff next year…let’s see if I do. 🙈
