"How, how, how?". The answer is "practice, practice, practice". Even during the quarantine, Jimin is practising. Jimin has been described as the most hardworking member by BTS & also by others who worked with them. Recently, one TXT member in his vlive said that Jimin was holed up in studio practising something. Jimin almost did not make it into BTS (too short of a training period). But when Bang PD made up his mind, Jimin were dished with 2 important positions - main dancer and lead vocals. Tae & Jin were given "sub-vocals", not discrediting them at all but just to highlight that BigHit must have found something special about Jimin to give him more responsibilities. He has to serve not only in dancing but also singing. That's a tall order. Jimin has won numerous "best all-rounded idol" awards.

Thay it’s ridiculous how BigHit couldn’t just hire a vocal coach to bring with them on tour. I mean they have personal trainers and dance coaches, why not vocal coaches? All the boys need it tbh.

All members have multiple positions and Jimin was scout for dancing and he had difficulty because he used to contemporary dance, it was found out later that they threaten to let goes of him as a tactic to encourage him because he only had 6 months training but the time he did not know that and was streesed out.

Would you guys even imagine if you didn't see this compilation, you totally missed out a very iconic parts of Jimin's most amazing live vocals that sadly kept unnoticed as the camera didn't gave him enough justice, while Jimin is hitting those beautiful high notes either the camera panned out to the audience or showing the other members so it always missed! So thankful Jimin's fansites are always there to film him to capture every moments because even in a blink of an eye you may tend to missed something as everey second of Jimin on stage is a shear artisty & talents.
I hate when those cameramen do that to Jimin all the time.....I hope they are not told to do that on purpose bc it happens quite often.

I think it happens, bc jimin sings this high note as a harmony while other member is singing the actual line, but when jimin is singing alone the camera goes to him.

Jimins vocals are those kind of vocals that can never be duplicated, and this is the reason i fell for Jimin all those years back in 2014, his vocals just does something to me that i cant explain, all in all here is Jimin making everyone fall for him with the ‘Jimin’ effect
I agree. Most voices in kpop(many in pop for that matter) are very similar. Jimin has one of the most unique and most importantly versatile voices. There are other singers with equally unique voices, but few, if any, can cross genres like Jimin. I would love to hear him sing a rock ballad or something like that. I’ve seen several people compare Jimin to Michael Jackson. Stupid haters just keep on bringing up the performances where Jimin had a voice crack or smt. Poor Jimin seems to have both the most fans and the most haters.

The thing about Jimin's singing is not about how high he could reach. He carries emotions and messages with his voice. His voice does not even lyrics to feel what he delivers. High or low, smooth or raspy...

@@WhatchaGot2Say I just hope you didn't cut out some parts like those last high notes in Tony Montana, the last clip of Magic shop where Jimin was wearing an over all jump suit where he held the high notes which he always does changing the last notes bringing it into another level and mostly the ON parts where he showcases his growly voice which I believe that so many viewers doesn't seen yet because I believe cutting out parts is also such a dismay for the creator of the video who put a lot of effort in compiling all the best parts just to be seen by many people.
Jiminie, our angel... I'm so glad you took the time to react to this and fully appreciate his talent. I love all the boys' voices so much but there is something about Jimin's voice and the way he expresses himself in a perfomance that make him so special to me. I remember when he said that he wanted to become a person who can touch people's hearts with his voice. He certainly is that kind of person, at least to me... everytime I hear him he gets straight to my soul.

Men and women alike cannot escape the Jimin Effect. When I first got into BTS, another member caught my eye and I thought, oh this man's probably my bias. But as I check out more and more videos, Jimin just SWOOPED me off my feet! He wrecked my bias list with his talents and personality, and then he climbed up my bias list and never got down from there XD Jimin is my ultimate bias!

It's all the more amazing because even though it seems effortless Jimin actually worked really hard to improve his singing having no singing background. I remember in some bts midia it said there was a time when they already debuted for some time that there was no time to have vocal lessons besides every rehearsal and album making, so Jimin also tried to improve his vocals by himself.
Cannot wait for this vocal appreciation. Jins voice make new emotional, Vs voice makes me in an either chilled out mood or in love with everyone mood. Then theirs Jk who has me singing along. Jimin his voice is the most pleasing to me. His range and ability is incredible and often over looked. Jimins chest voice, mix voice and head voice is just incredible. He super talented and mastered his art. My bias was yoongi with jk as the wrecker, hence my user name.These days I don't have a bias as I love them all. But jimin I can't lie he is in creeping up their and tryna ruin me with his vocals. 💜

Jimin is seriously one of the best artists of all time! I also just wanted leave a comment about Jimin not getting camera time during his high notes. He's my bias wrecker and I get why there are comments about that, but I feel wronged for the camera men and stage directors because it's not really their fault. Jimin's high notes are usually adlib parts that take place during another member's part, so in order to show Jimin during that part another member would lose screen time on their part. There are times it happens during his parts but that's not the case most of the time. Also it happens to other members too not just Jimin, Jin V and JK also get hidden during adlib moments.

when I first got into bts i had heard about the jimin effect, but didn't think much of it. figured it wouldn't affect me much. LOLOL jokes on me because he ended up my ult bias (along with JK). there's just something about him when he performs, something magnetic that makes it impossible for me to look away. also his voice is so unique, i can't think of another male singer that has his range or pitch. he sounds like an angel with his vocals. and hearing and seeing him live? truly a wonderful experience 💜

Raw talent, focus, hard work and endless hours of practice has molded Jimin into who we see today. Jimin is still to this day, practicing, developing and mastering his craft. It's like the music of the song runs in his veins. Once the music starts his body moves to the beat, in time, every time. He becomes the song. About the "where did that come from" for "ON", BTS did 10 separate live performances at Korean tv comeback shows each with a different set and outfits 😍.
