Hold Y when being shown the message (I’m on Xbox). This takes you back to the game. Then load into a duo/trio/squad game. This works for me. Hope it works for you too.

I have this same problem too. However on the screen showing the message HOLD Y (I’m on Xbox) it takes you back to the game and then load into a game. I can still play duo/squads/trios after this. Hope it works for you and it gets fixed soon.
@@zod-m3v not 100% sure maybe try holding triangle when the error message is being shown. Hopefully it will take you back to the character screen. Then enter a duo/trio/squad game. Hope it works for ya.
And also everytime i load into Fortnite sometimes something pops up it says *PLAYER 2* How can i switch to player 1? Will this affect my gameplay in the long term?

I’m just tryna play rocket racing and it keeps saying this and I have my settings are set for everyone it’s also saying player 2 but there’s no player 2
Everything on my console is enabled and even in my epic account Everything enabled the glitch still shows up on game and says disabled they need a emergency update to fix this . Fix it now epic!

I just had to play a solo game and then go into a squads the it worked for me
