Hi David, its great to see the PSP Infinistrip here (made by Adam T), I also have (as an artist) a preset there as many others... I hope you are doing fine man! Merry C and great days for you and your lady and lots of succes for you both! from The Netherlands.Cheers, Jeroen Simons, Independent, Epica.
PS. Very soon you will discover that we share the same brand of something as an artist.... Soon to be revealed...:) I,m always grateful and work hard, thats making being a man good...
Hey David, the Kirchhoff-EQ functions similarly to the Arbiter, TBTech calls it Double Envelope Detection. The default dynamic EQ is set to 80% Relative, 20% Absolute and you can tweak that with the slider that says Relative on the far right of the panel. You can also customize both sidechains independently, allowing you focus the relative envelope detection on critical ranges instead of the full track. Thanks for another great video!
My current favs I've purchased this year are: Softube Bus Compressor, Audioscape V-Comp, Audiothing A-Type, Red Rock Sound Comp 609, Eventide Blackhole Immersive & Tone Empire Locness.
2:23 i may be wrong, but for me the console1-workflow make working harder by inplementing an extra step - using the console. instead of directly use your plugins, you have to load them into a console first. I dont know, maybe i miss something. not a fan of this console so far
Drum Replacer is such an underrated drum replacement tool. I get the Trigger is often seen as a “standard,” but my god has UVI done better than the “standard”
Hello David, I know it may be a difficult question to answer since it seems you have a close relationship with both brands, but here I go: Stam Audio's MEQP-1AS+ or Gainlab's Empress? Since they are both extended features tube eq's, aimed to the same purpose.
No problem. The Empress is a tad more versatile because of the shelf option and the focus on the low end and the tube boost. It's low end tho' can be a little slow and boomy at times. Stam low end is huge but tigher, it really has a massive weight to it. Top end is more saturated on the Stam which sometimes works sometimes it's too zingy, Empress is a bit more tamed even tho' it's still colored. Midrange is completely different, I like the Empress for boosting, I like the Stam for cutting 80% of the times.
@@mixbustv most of my clients doesn`t own AMC monitors, so they would never hear the 0,1% difference. So indeed i prefer to look at a more shiny Slate MixRack. You are blessed having clients who hear this, very cool!

I'm just a hobbyist, so I only have the PSP Infinistrip. I would LOVE if you would do a deep dive on how to use it!
