Nursing cramps are REAL with baby number two. I remember the nurse telling me "just breathe. Pretend you're in labor again." to which I was none too pleased. 😂

my two are 13 months apart. my oldest lol a 1 year old didn't like her brother for about 8 months
Yes the after pains got worse with every baby I've had, except my last baby not sure why but didn't have really any after pains. She was a planned daddy assisted home birth and didn't have anyone pushing on my stomach after birth, that's the only difference, didn't have even an ibuprofen afterwards. He is so cute, almost gives me baby fever (not yet, need a little more time before I think about another) my husband has bad baby fever!!

My last and final baby I requested no students no extra hospital staff unless requested. Only my dr and nurse. It was so nice and relaxing. And I sucked up every second of it!!!Enjoy! Emmie will come around. Sometimes its our conscience telling us something is off because we worry about the siblings feeling a certain way. In reality it’s harder for us then them lol! 💋
Amanda Leo that does sound relaxing! And emmi was overwhelmed with the hospital setting. She was much better at home but she def took a few days to warm up. She’s good now!
Awe good! There was 6yrs between my first and second. And I remember feeling my daughter was acting different. And in reality I think I was feeling guilty. LOL! Then 8yrs between my second and third. And it was all over again!!!

Would you recommend bringing your toddler to the hospital to meet baby or wait until you get home ? I cant decide what to do!
Kaitlyn Cobb I liked her coming to the hospital but it was overwhelming for her. If I could do it again I probably wouldn’t have tried it haha
I personally wouldn’t. My kids are 2.5 year apart. So my daughter was 2.5 and it was a little overwhelming and she didn’t even care about the baby. She just wanted to get into everything ha. She did much better once we were all home.

I know he is a newborn but you monitored every interaction she had with him like he is made of glass but babies are strong.she couldn't give him anything,she couldnt touch him and it was painful to watch especially on the hospital bed.i hope you explain to her why she can't give him things instead of just taking them away like the glasses on the couch otherwise she will not want to be bothered.its hard enough having to wash your hands Everytime you want to eat as a toddler and that's food.i know the more children you have the less "sanitary"you become. I mean no harm congratulations.
