Tim you could be a top notch mechanic or even an engineer Brother. You're far more than a logger or tree cutter. You are definitely a jack of all trades. There's not much an ole Logger can't do.
Tim it’s nice to hear your brother Kevin is working with you on these jobs but if you do go with a bigger excavator there are small felling / processor heads one is from AFM Forest the AFM 35 has a 24-26 inch saw bar length it has a min 32 gallon per minute flow for 80 horsepower the weight of the head is 1587 pounds they have a USA dealer in Maine Frank Martin Sons Inc they have 2 locations up there the dealer in California is Bailey’s Inc one of those heads would be nice for tree thinning or brush thinning around power lines
Haha -you’re like a kid in candy store so excited to get that awesome new toy all hooked and cooking! 😂😂😂😂 I would be too!!!! So cool brother- thanks for sharing🙏🏼
Pretty sweet reminds me a grapple or dangle saw just on an excavator . Had a Ryan’s dandle saw on a skid steer . Yours had to be over 20k price wise ? Not sure from the fab you had to do

I can only imagine the doors you have opened for yourself with this new machine and grapple combo.
I think CT knows what he is doing ! And where you plumbed everything into the valved block looks better than factory. Amazing job Tim.
Came here to say this!
Super nice setup, Tim. I can hear the passion in your voice. You’re proud of your investment and you deserve to be!
This machine takes the efficiency to another level
the look of a professional not a rookie

That's awesome dude!!!
Thanks!!
Very classy installation Tim! It really does look better than factory. Going to be an amazing piece of equipment!
I kept waiting for daylight! Bless your heart, you must have awakened at O dark-thirty!!! Was glad to get into the shop where I could see!
That's sweet, I wanna see the install, turning wrenches , routing ECT, it's gonna be a game changer, thanks for sharing
Yes that was a heck of a way to learn the machine!
Great work 👏
What a beatiful piece of equipment Tim! You have done an excellent job on putting that together. I can't wait to see how it performs in action!!!

Man, that's really going to change the game for ya Tim !! That thing looks like a Beast !!
Super cool! Good sharp and neat installation and looking forward to seeing it on the job!
Looking great Tim as with all you projects it’s first class credit where due god bless looking forward to the next video
That’s Great!! Know you are happy as a kid on Christmas morning, congratulations man!!
Great stuff Tim, as Robert Duvall said on Days of Thunder, This is not the kind of answer I'm looking for from You, hopefully, no drips🤞👌👍🙏🙂
That saw sounds so cool!

So can you still put other attachments on easily, or is this grapple pretty much married to this machine now?
I can have the grapple off in under a minute.
Feeding the chipper is gonna be a breeze now. When you get big limb with a fork you won't have to get off and grab a saw. What a time saver.
Put a custom wrap on , that would look sweet !
Was wondering what this would be used for? Tree trimming , would you be able to take down trees? Any other tasks. Awesome videos 👍.
Everyone of your questions are answered in the video.
Looking forward to see what the beast can do ! ! !
My bad , commented before I watched complete video.
I’d like to see how fast the rotate is on 5!! That’s really fast just on 2
Awesome machine Tim! What size bar is on the grapple?
I can’t remember exactly. I measured it when I first got it and it is 25-28” if I remember correctly.
Ok thanks! I’m sure you will breeze thru that job tomorrow lol
It is a 30" bar, I just looked it up.
@@cotontop3 thanks it definitely looks long and handle those hardwoods like nothing!
Wrapping them in hydraulic hoses is a smart idea it will save them big time.
Hey Tim you should do an update on the forgot the guy's name he was a mechanic that got hurt I think he broke his ribs or something
That's cool as a iceberg! 😁
What's the circular site glass toward the front side of hydraulic tank for, since you have a vial glass at the back?
That is a site glass at the top of the fuel tank so you know when it’s almost full if you don’t have an automatic nozzle.
@@cotontop3 Oh that's right. I forgot the fuel tank was in front of the hydraulic tank. Thanks for clarifying. 😁
NICE 💪💪💪
What a monster.
Any reason we got to do this at night? 😮
Hard to tell you need better lighting during the day .
How come you went to Hyundai and not stay with Kubota? Not sure you mentioned it in the last few videos. Just curious.
Price I believe was a major factor in what he bought
LED upgrades on the way
It's nice how quiet the cab is. I was surprised at the difference.
The cab is really nice and super quiet.
