日本人が外国語で、外国人が日本語で歌うことにより国際交流と相互理解を図るための歌謡イベント。スペシャル・ゲストや仲間の出演者と共に会場全体で歌を楽しもう！！
日本に住む外国人や将来を日本に賭ける留学生などの多くは何とか日本の社会を明るくしようと頑張っています。『国際紅白歌合戦』は彼らと国際交流に興味のある日本人とが共に作り上げていく新しいタイプの歌の祭典を目指しています
This event aims for better understanding among all nationalities living in Japan by singing. Japanese sing in foreign language and Non-Japanese sing in Japanese.Let's enjoy singing and dancing with all performers.Many of Non-Japanese residents and International students in Japan are struggling to brighten up Japanese society with their efforts.
INTERNATIONAL RED-WHITE SINGING FESTIVAL aims for new type of event which Non-Japanese and Japanese help each other to organize. We hope Japan would be better place to live for Japanese and also Non-Japanese residents who are also contributors for Japanese society.
☆2024年8月、インドネシアの医療系大学生18万人に告知された、IRWSインドネシア・バンデン開催ので優秀者2名が、大阪開催に招待され歌います。
☆大阪開催は、世界中から見れるように、LIVE配信を行います。
☆司会は、元祖外国人タレント、元インド人留学生のサニーフランシスさんが、大阪弁と英語のバイリンガルで。IRWSインドネシア・バリ開催（2018年）にも参加した、箕面J-POP大使、北川たつや氏をゲストに迎え、国際交流イベントをより身近な物にしていきましょう!!
☆In August 2024, an announcement was made to 180,000 medical university students in Indonesia about the IRWS Indonesia Bandung event. Two outstanding individuals from this event have been invited to perform at the Osaka. Participants from countries such as the Philippines and Brazil are also expected to join online.
☆ The Osaka event will be live-streamed worldwide to ensure global viewership.

☆ Serving as the host is the original foreign talent and former Indian int'l student, Mr. Sunny Francis, who is bilingual in Osaka dialect and English. We will also have Mr. Tatsuya Kitagawa, the Minoh J-POP Ambassador who participated in the IRWS Indonesia Bali event in 2018, as a special guest. Let's make international exchange events more accessible and enjoyable for everyone!
