I have been cooking Brisket this way for five years. There is a secret.
Welcome to my channel. I suggest cooking pork brisket with a special method. Lots of garlic and a special method of wrapping in parchment. Baking in the oven gives the meat an exceptional flavor and makes it especially juicy.
